Terms of Service

1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit are received. Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee availability. We will follow up within 24 hours to confirm dates.
2. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event fee is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may receive a credit toward a future booking (deposit excluded). Cancellations within 30 days forfeit all payments made. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing.
4. Guest Conduct & Capacity
The maximum guest count agreed to in your contract may not be exceeded. The booking party is responsible for the conduct of all guests, including any damage to the property, landscaping, furniture, or décor.
5. Outside Vendors
You are welcome to bring your own caterers, photographers, florists, and other service providers. All outside vendors must provide proof of insurance upon request. We are happy to recommend trusted partners from our vendor directory.
6. Alcohol & Smoking
Alcohol may be served at private events with prior approval. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Anyone appearing intoxicated may be asked to leave the premises.
7. Weather
As an outdoor venue, events are weather dependent. We recommend a backup plan or rental tent for inclement weather. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related disruptions.
8. Liability
Fiz Back Yard Vibes is not responsible for personal injury, lost or stolen items, or damages to personal property occurring on the premises during your event.
9. Photography
We may occasionally photograph the venue during events for portfolio use. No identifiable images of guests will be published without consent. Let us know in advance if you'd prefer we abstain.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect on the date of your signed contract will govern your booking.
